Simple, Clear Returns on Every Auto Part You Buy

Returns & Refunds Policy

We stand behind the fit, quality, and reliability of our parts. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible, the part must be:

  • Unused and in its original packaging

  • Uninstalled, with no tool marks, grease, or damage

  • In the same condition you received it (unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect)

Returns requested after 30 days may not be accepted.

2. How to Start a Return (Digital Verification)

To avoid delays or refused packages, you must receive approval before shipping any item back.

Please:

  1. Email: afkasautoparts@gmail.com

  2. Include:

    • Your Order Number

    • A clear photo of the part

    • A brief description of the reason for return

  3. If the return is due to a fitment issue, also include your VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) so we can verify compatibility with our factory specifications.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will email you a Return Authorization (RA) Number and instructions. Returns without an RA Number may be rejected.

3. Return Shipping Address

After your return is approved and you receive an RA Number, ship the item to:

Please clearly write your RA Number on the outside of the package and keep your shipping receipt and tracking number until your return is fully processed.

4. Condition & Inspection

All returned items are inspected upon arrival. We may decline or partially refund returns if the item:

  • Shows signs of installation, modification, or misuse

  • Is missing original packaging or components

  • Is returned without prior authorization

If a return is rejected, we may offer to ship the item back to you at your expense.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or a confirmed manufacturing defect)

6. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality-control reasons, certain items may be non-returnable, such as:

  • Electrical or electronic components that have been installed or connected

  • Custom or special-order parts (unless defective)
